Trev Hodge has worked in harvesting and haulage operations in the wider Gippsland area for 35 years in both State Forest and plantation sectors. This includes extended periods as crew supervisor and later as a Harvesting Operations Manager in cable and shovel plantation harvesting.

Trev Hodge has established professional relationships with many stakeholders in the Victorian timber industry including HVP Plantations, VicForests, Macquarie Ag & Midway.
